Send Restoration Files to CEREC Customer Support

If you need assistance with the design of a restoration using CEREC 3D, you can now send the restoration file to CEREC Customer Support. Please fill out all fields in the form below and attach the file. A CEREC Support Specialist will contact you to discuss the restoration.

The maximum filesize is 5120 MB. The only allowed extensions are rstimg, cdt, sdt, zip, rst, zipx, con, dxd, lab, stl, z00, z01, z02, z03, z04, z05, z06, z07, z08, z09, fields with a red ( * ) are required.
